Being Human SyFy • Don't Fear The Scott

SyFy Being Human Season 2

Tonight at 9PM/8PM Central, the SyFy Channel will are the latest episode of Being Human, the original American series based on the BBC show. The story centers on the "lives" of three supernatural roommates; a vampire, a ghost, and a werewolf. As a naming convention for the episodes, they have adapted some of the great songs in music history, and put a supernatural twist on it. Tonight's episode, Don't Fear The Scott, takes the name from the great song by Blue Öyster Cult, (Don't Fear) The Reaper. The song was off the 1976 album Agents Of Fortune, written by the band's lead guitarist, Donald "Buck Dharma" Roeser. He also sang the lead on the track. It is in the Top 400 of Rolling Stone Magazine's list of all-time great songs. It also reached #12 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in November of 1976.

The series stars Sam Witwer as Aidan, Sammy Huntington as Josh, and Meaghan Rath as Sally. They are the vampire, werewolf and ghost, respectively. Tonight's episode will show how people from their past can turn their live upside down. Here is a preview of the episode, Don't Fear The Scott.

  1. Do you know the name of the song that is playing when they are talking about dinner and he asked her to come over again and then they start kissing? The lyrics are "Don't worry I'll take you there. Meet me in the atmosphere. Don't worry I'll take you there. I'm lost still. What is home. It's not a place I need or place I know." I think it's called Hekla by Halos or the other way around but I cannot find it to listen to. Do you know?
